Return Policy
We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom products or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
